Is there a tie-in period to your coaching?

Nope, absolutely not.  It's payable monthly and you can leave at any time.  I don't believe in contracts. My view is that if you're a good coach, people stay.  Which is why I have clients who have been with me for years.

Are there any guarantees?

How much is coaching?

A typical personal trainer in a gym will charge you between £45 - £100 for an hour of their time, and that doesn't normally include nutrition advice, habit formation,  feedback, support and direct contact throughout the week.  

Let alone planning and structuring a programme that works specifically for you outside of an hours exercise you get with the Personal Trainer. 

With me, you get all of that and much more for less than £60 per week (between £6.50 - £8.50 per day).  

Now, I know coaching isn't cheap, but I'll tell you this; how I work and my goal is to get you from needing a coach to no longer needed a coach.
